Joe Mansour is a partner at PLUS Communications. Mansour launched and co-leads the firm’s digital practice.
Mansour specializes in using cutting-edge digital tactics to get results for campaigns, companies, coalitions and causes. He served as the lead digital strategist behind the American Health Care Association/National Center for Assisted Living’s award-winning COVID-19 response campaign, the Corn Refiners Association’s brand redesign and the National Sikh Campaign’s work to educate their fellow Americans about the Sikh faith, among others.
His deep experience in digital grassroots advocacy led him to incubate Speak4, a disruptive digital advocacy tool, at PLUS in 2021. The next year, Speak4 won the CampaignTech Gold Award for Best Advocacy Campaign platform.
Joe grew up in Michigan, graduated from Kalamazoo College and lives in Arlington, Virginia with his family.

In college, Joe studied Mandarin Chinese and has lived and worked in China and Malaysia (ask him about dumplings).
As a child, Joe’s parents took him to a Star Trek convention and he’s been a huge nerd ever since.
