Every year, the PLUS end-of-year sizzle reel captures the energy, creativity and momentum of everything we’ve built together. This year, we took a fresh approach, one that puts the spotlight exactly where it belongs: on the people behind PLUS.
Instead of relying solely on highlight clips and polished moments, the 2025 sizzle reel is powered by real voices from across PLUS. The final video is a collection of short, authentic storyteller clips submitted by our team, sharing what working at PLUS means to them.
The result is a people-first snapshot of who we are, what we value and what excites us as we head into 2026.
To bring this idea to life, we invited PLUS team members to record short videos, either solo or with colleagues, answering a few open-ended prompts:
All submissions were collected using Speak4, our go-to video advocacy platform that makes it easy to record and submit short videos directly from your phone or computer, with no editing or special setup required.
We use Speak4 across many PLUS client accounts to gather advocate videos that are transformed into ads, social content and campaign assets. This sizzle reel gave our own team a chance to experience the platform firsthand, using the same tool our clients trust to amplify real voices at scale.
The final sizzle reel reflects the culture, relationships and shared momentum that define PLUS – and the people who make it happen.
