Will joined PLUS Communications after working as an advocacy account coordinator at POOLHOUSE. Prior to that, he worked as a campaign field operative and manager in two elections in Chesterfield County, Virginia.

Will is a native of Lynchburg, Virginia, and graduated from Washington and Lee University in 2022 with a degree in political science on a pre-law track.

Although he has spent his entire life in Virginia, Will is a dedicated fan of all things UNC Tar Heels, and is an avid tennis player, golfer and fisherman in his free time.
