Tess began her career on Capitol Hill, serving government officials in both the Senate and the U.S. House of Representatives, including on the leadership team of then-House Majority Leader Kevin McCarthy and on the House Committee on Homeland Security. After six years in Washington, Tess served as a spokesperson for FOX News Channel, the highest-rated network in all of cable during the historic 2020 election cycle and throughout the global pandemic. Most recently, she served as Director of PR and Media for TV technology company Samba TV.
A diehard Eagles fan, Tess is a native of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and graduated from Bates College in Lewiston, Maine, with a degree in American History. A former competitive figure skater of 20 years, Tess also played women’s ice hockey at Bates College.
