Stephanie Logan is a Senior Director at PLUS Communications, where she brings deep expertise in criminal justice, federal law enforcement and corrections and government oversight — including compliance and federal audits. As a trusted advisor and strategist, she helps clients navigate complex challenges at the intersection of policy, communications and organizational performance.

Before joining PLUS, Stephanie spent nine years at the U.S. Department of Justice, where she served as Communications Director and Spokesperson for the Office of the Inspector General. In that role, she led national communications campaigns on some of the country’s most consequential justice and accountability issues — including the federal investigations into the death of Jeffrey Epstein and the FBI’s failure to protect athletes from abuse by Larry Nassar. Her leadership elevated the visibility and credibility of federal oversight, resulting in broad media coverage and tangible action from Congress and the Department of Justice.

A strategic operator and communicator, Stephanie has guided clients through complex transitions—building new business units, aligning strategic priorities and embracing enterprise AI‐enabled solutions to streamline operations. She specializes in helping organizations align people, processes and technology to achieve mission-driven impact and operational excellence.

Stephanie holds a Master’s in Public Administration from American University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Washington State University, where she was a varsity student-athlete and graduated summa cum laude. She is also a Prosci Certified Change Manager.
