Megan Williams serves as Manager of Public Affairs and New Business Development, supporting PLUS’ marketing, business development, and client service initiatives. She assists in the development of proposals, case studies, and business development materials, maintains PLUS’ library of strategic resources, and helps position the firm for new opportunities through coordinated marketing efforts.

 Megan works closely across client teams, executives, and grassroots networks to manage project timelines, strengthen relationships, and support long-term account growth. 

 Since joining PLUS in 2021, Megan has supported strategic communications efforts across various industries including energy, finance and healthcare. She previously led the firm’s Public Affairs Fellows Program.

A Richmond, Virginia native, Megan holds a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Roanoke College and is currently pursuing her MBA at George Mason University’s Costello College of Business.
