Megan Rouhier is Head of HR at PLUS Communications. Megan brings 20+ years of HR experience in recruiting, strategic talent management, and culture-building in people-centered, high-growth public affairs, consulting and fintech organizations. 

Prior to joining PLUS, Megan led HR for the platform and associate experience technology divisions at Capital One. Previously, Megan served as Senior Vice President, People, at Washington, DC-based PSB, a global custom research and analytics firm. She also spent several years in executive search as a part of one of the “big four” executive search firms. Megan graduated from the University of Virginia with a dual-major in American Politics and Spanish language, and studied at the Universidad de Valencia in Valencia, Spain.

A native of Baltimore, Megan is a staunch Charm City sports fan, but lives in a sports-divided household in Northern Virginia with her husband, a DC-native, and two sons whose loyalty is yet to be determined.
