Madeline Peterson is a senior director at PLUS Communications. Madeline serves as a client lead on the Digital team, where she oversees the creation and implementation of winning digital advertising campaigns for clients across the health care, energy and commerce sectors, among others. She co-leads the Digital team’s internal training processes, including onboarding new team members, creating learning opportunities and hosting department meetings.

Madeline previously worked as a digital strategist at WPA Intelligence, where her innovative work contributed to Reed Award wins for Best Application Of AI Technology To Optimize Targeting in 2020 and Best Use Of Online Targeting For Ballot Initiative in 2021. Prior to that, she worked at the Republican National Committee, where she served in the office of Chairwoman McDaniel.

Madeline is a proud graduate of the University of Alabama and currently resides in Washington, D.C.

A former rhythmic gymnast, Madeline has trained at the Lake Placid, NY, and Colorado Springs, CO, Olympic Training Centers.

Regardless of the weather, she always prefers iced coffee.
