Maddy Karon is a senior director in the Research Department at PLUS Communications where she guides the team in competitive intelligence and building research reports. She has a decade of research and policy experience, aiding campaigns, PACs and nonprofits. 

Prior to joining PLUS, Maddy led the research department at the NRCC, taking back the house in 2022. A Minnesota native, Maddy holds a master’s degree in counterterrorism from the IDC in Herzliya, Israel, and a B.A. from Vanderbilt University.
