Macauley joins PLUS Communications as a director on the digital team, bringing a diverse background in federal, state and local political campaigns. With experience across both the public and private sectors, she has developed and executed digital strategies to drive fundraising, advocacy and public awareness goals. Her agency experience has equipped her with a creative, data-driven approach to solving complex challenges and building impactful campaigns.

She is a native of Richmond, Virginia, and graduated from Liberty University.
