Luke Frans is a Managing Director at PLUS Communications with two decades of experience in agency leadership, media analytics and federal government roles focusing on corporate reputation, issue advocacy and political strategy. Notably, he directed a global corporate reputation campaign for an oil & gas supermajor across the United Kingdom, Germany, Spain and Brussels. At both the state and federal levels, he has led successful strategic communications efforts on key public debates including tax reform, education reform and energy and renewables.
Frans also brings extensive experience in political consulting, having advised numerous high-profile campaigns, including 11 U.S. Senate and seven gubernatorial races. His public sector experience includes serving as deputy political director at the White House, where he advised the president, cabinet secretaries and senior staff on the political landscape, policy rollouts and personnel appointments.
A native of Greenville, South Carolina, Frans holds a degree in Marketing Management from Bob Jones University.
