Kelsey Van Horne is a manager at PLUS Communications. She provides support for several client accounts across a variety of issues.

Prior to joining the team at PLUS, Kelsey interned on Capitol Hill doing press for a North Carolina congressman. She also completed two corporate public relations internships at a large medical transportation company. Kelsey graduated from Virginia Tech in May 2020 where she majored in public relations and minored in political science.

Kelsey grew up in Alexandria, Virginia, so she knows the best spots for dinner and brunch in Northern Virginia and D.C.

Kelsey’s guilty pleasure is watching any and all reality tv shows.

Outside of work, Kelsey loves to get together with friends to play tennis and pickle ball.
