Prior to joining PLUS, Jorge was a Senior Research Assistant at Ballotpedia for two years. He has also worked multiple times on Capitol Hill, contributed to the American Conservation Coalition, and has been published in Reason Magazine, Washington Examiner, The Federalist and other outlets.

Jorge is a proudly born-and-raised Texan from San Antonio and graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Government & International Politics.
