Prior to joining PLUS, Jorge was a Senior Research Assistant at Ballotpedia for two years. He has also worked multiple times on Capitol Hill, contributed to the American Conservation Coalition, and has been published in Reason Magazine, the Washington Examiner, and other outlets.

Jorge is a proudly born-and-raised Texan from San Antonio and is a rising senior at George Mason University studying government and international politics.

Being from San Antonio, Jorge’s a massive Spurs fan and even bigger Tottenham Hotspur fan — on match days, he’ll be at the Irish Channel in Chinatown — and in his free time, you can catch him DJ’ing house parties or a club in Fairfax/Arlington!
