He brings over ten years of public affairs and advocacy experience in Virginia and across the Southeast, where he has advised clients on stakeholder engagement, grassroots advocacy and strategic communications. He has significant experience supporting large-scale development and energy projects, including work involving land use, environmental justice and community engagement challenges.

A native of Chesterfield, Virginia, Jimmy graduated from Virginia Tech with degrees in History and Political Science. He lives in Chesterfield with his wife and three young children.

Before beginning his career in politics and public affairs, Jimmy spent seven years coaching a neighborhood swim team, including three years as head coach. A loyal Virginia Tech fan and lifelong sports enthusiast, he also counts himself lucky to have witnessed the Chicago Cubs win the World Series in 2016.
