Prior to joining PLUS, Janai worked on-campus at the University of Georgia as a Community Service Assistant at the front desk of one of the freshman dorms. Before that, she worked as a Sales Associate at Belk in Savannah, GA.

Janai is a native of Savannah, GA, and graduated from the University of Georgia with a degree in journalism.

Throughout Janai’s life, she has had a passion for traveling and seeing other cultures. The number one thing on her bucket list is to visit 30 countries by the time she is 30 years old.
