Glenn Oppel is a partner at PLUS Communications, opening PLUS’s third state office in Helena, Montana, in January 2024. Glenn has over two decades of experience in government affairs, policy development, and public affairs.
Prior to joining PLUS, Glenn served as Policy Director for the Office of Montana Governor Greg Gianforte, leading a team of policy advisors tasked with developing and advancing the Governor’s policy goals in the Montana Legislature.
Before joining the Gianforte Administration, Glenn served as Vice President of Government Affairs with the Helena office of Strategies 360, a firm specializing in government and public affairs. Glenn managed a diverse clientele that included corporations, trade associations, and non-profits. Prior to his work at Strategies 360, Glenn spent more than a decade lobbying for two of Montana’s largest business organizations, the Montana Chamber of Commerce and the Montana Association of Realtors.
Glenn is a proud alumnus of the University of Montana in Missoula. He and his wife have two adult children and he enjoys all things outdoors, including mountain biking, fly fishing, hunting, hiking, and skiing.
