Erica joins PLUS Communications after serving as the Director of Operations at Deep Root Analytics, and prior to that, was the Digital Political Director at the RNC.

Erica is from Montgomery, AL, but also lived in Kentucky and West Virginia while growing up, and graduated from Samford University with a degree in political science.
