Emily joins PLUS from the American Planning Association, where she served as public affairs director, overseeing advocacy, issue campaigns and messaging, and policy development.

Emily is a proud Erie, PA native, die-hard Penn Stater, and an occasional Tar Heels fan having earned her MBA from Kenan-Flagler Business School at UNC Chapel Hill in 2023.
