Beth joined PLUS Communications in the fall of 2025 and currently serves as Managing Director in the Austin, TX office. In this position, she deploys over 25 years of political and legislative background to manage public affairs campaigns for political candidates, non-profit organizations and corporate clients.

Beth knew from an early age that she wanted to forge a career in the political world. As early as high school, she volunteered for local Republican campaigns and while attending St. Edward’s University in Austin, she took advantage of her proximity to the capitol to work in the Texas Senate and intern in the Texas House and for the Texas Federation of Republican Women. Beth graduated from college with a B.A. in Political Science and went on to work as Political Director for statewide campaigns, Executive Director for the Republican Party of Texas and as a Governmental Affairs professional representing clients ranging from local associations to large national employers.

What you may not know about Beth

Beth grew up in Houston, TX and now calls Austin home. She has been married to her husband, Randy, for 24 years.

Together they have two high school aged daughters and two dogs.
