Andrew Quinn is a managing director at PLUS Communications. He is a veteran speechwriter, strategist and policy advisor to national leaders and public figures. He helps the firm’s clients craft compelling messages and build winning arguments. 

Andy joined PLUS from the senior staff of U.S. Senate Republican Leader Mitch McConnell, where he served as senior advisor, chief speechwriter and strategic communications director. He helped Leader McConnell shape the voice and strategy of the Senate Republican Conference through years of major battles and historic events. Earlier, Andy worked as a director at the American Enterprise Institute, as the principal collaborator, project manager and strategic advisor to AEI president Dr. Arthur Brooks. 

Andy has roots in the Midwest and New England. He is a graduate of Williams College.

What you may not know about Andy

Andy is a jazz, blues and rock saxophonist who spent years playing regular shows in the D.C. area. These days, his audience is more often his young kids in their basement.
