Time Off to Recharge and Relax

Vacation begins with two weeks per year and increases throughout your tenure. We also have eleven holidays with additional time off around the Christmas and New Year’s Holiday week. Everyone has time to get away to focus on what is important to them.

Financial Protection from Illness

We hope you don’t need to take a medical leave, but if you need it, we provide 100 percent short-term disability coverage. Length of coverage is based on your length of service. Long term disability coverage is also provided at a reduced coverage level for longer illnesses.

Maternity and Parental Leave

Ten weeks of paid leave after the birth, surrogate birth, adoption, or placement of a foster child for all caregivers in addition to any disability leave for the birthing parent.

Retirement Benefit Savings Plans
