Erica joins PLUS Communications after serving as the director of operations at Deep Root Analytics and, before that, as the digital political director at the Republican National Committee.

Erica is from Montgomery, Alabama, and also lived in Kentucky and West Virginia while growing up. She graduated from Samford University with a degree in political science.

She has a dog named Zara, who’s originally from Bosnia and even has a passport from when she travelled over as a puppy.
