Caroline joins PLUS Communications after working in marketing for a wedding catering and event company, where she managed branding, digital strategy and client engagement. Before that, she worked at an advertising agency in Philadelphia and held roles in creative advertising, graphic design and content creation across various industries.

Caroline is from Philadelphia and attended James Madison University, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in media arts and design with a concentration in creative advertising and a minor in studio art focused on graphic design.

Caroline is new to the city of Arlington, Virginia, but as a tried-and-true Eagles fan, she still bleeds green for Philadelphia. When she’s not cheering on her team, she enjoys binge-watching crime docs, painting, cooking and training for her half marathon.
