Sophie is an associate at PLUS, serving on the digital team. Before PLUS, she was a communications coordinator in the Lincoln Public Schools system and a member of the editorial copy team at The Daily Nebraskan newspaper.

As the daughter of a midwestern mother and an east coast father, she’s a “native of many places”, but mainly Saint Louis. Sophie graduated from the University of Nebraska in May 2023 with a double-BA in Communications and Political Science, with an additional concentration in Public Policy Analysis.

Growing up spending summers in Delaware, she knows just about every fun fact about the First State.
An avid sports fan, Sophie was lucky enough to witness the Blues win their first Stanley Cup in 2019 alongside more than 18,000 fellow fans in a sold-out Enterprise Center watch party. Being a Jane-of-all-Trades, there’s rarely a craft, hobby, or DIY she hasn’t tried and enjoyed.
