Charles joined PLUS Communications after founding and leading Midkiff Strategies. Prior to his work at Midkiff Strategies, Charles was a Senior Advisor and Managing Senior Account Executive at LS2group.

Charles is from Gretna, VA, and graduated from Radford University with a degree in political science, history, and economics. He then attended Syracuse University College of Law where he earned a Juris Doctorate and a Certificate of Advanced Study in National Security and Counterterrorism Law.

Charles is a lifelong baseball and Chicago Cubs fan and is always happy to discuss the seminal Cubs’ 2016 World Series run with anyone passing by. Beyond attending baseball games, Charles can be found in his free time trying to keep up with his daughter and pug or trying out the latest tech products.
