Nick hails from San Antonio, Texas (Va Spurs Va), and graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a BBA in marketing.

Though he had to leave behind his smoker and molcajete in Texas, Nick spends a lot of his free time trying new recipes in the kitchen, especially baked goods. He loves exploring the outdoors and National Parks as much as he loves binge-watching shows with his girlfriend Alex and their cat, Cordelia.
