Rebecca is a manager at PLUS where she supports her team with client services, specifically social media management and marketing communications to create engaging and informative content. Prior to joining PLUS, Rebecca worked as a social media strategist and health communications consultant for the Department of Defense and the National Institutes of Health.

Rebecca received her master’s in public health with a concentration in mass communication and journalism from the University of Minnesota (Twin Cities). She currently lives in Montgomery Country, MD.
