Bri Carter is an associate at PLUS where she assists the team in producing written content, monitoring media, and conducting research. Bri started at PLUS as a public affairs Fellow, and quickly transitioned to a full-time position. Prior to joining PLUS, she was a media relations intern at the Cato Institute in Washington, D.C.

Bri has a bachelor’s degree in public relations with a minor in criminal justice from Appalachian State University, and recently graduated from American University with her master’s in political communication. She currently resides in the Van Ness neighborhood of Washington, D.C., but is originally from North Carolina – Go Heels!
